Role: Ping Federate Senior
Location: Hyderabad Pune or Bangalore

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement largescale IAM solutions ensuring robust identity and access management for clients.
- Collaborate with clients and engage with onsite and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct advanced debugging and troubleshooting including coordination with technology vendors when necessary.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by producing whitepapers and articles on IAM technologies.
- Lead requirements gathering and design documentation through workshops for multiple projects.
- Customize configure and develop integrations for IAM solutions based on client requirements independently managing project deliverables to successful completion.
- Spearhead IAM strategy engagements including IAM road mapping and vendor selection.
- Support business development efforts by assisting in request for proposal (RFP) and sales processes.
- Drive process compliance activities and promote reusability to enhance project efficiency.

- Our cyber risk services IAM practice specializes in designing developing and implementing cuttingedge IAM solutions to safeguard client information and confidential data. We assist organizations in fortifying their businesses and supporting technologies to be more secure vigilant and resilient. Key areas of focus include user provisioning access management entitlements management role management and IAM strategy and road mapping.
Requirements
- B.Tech/M.Tech/MS/MBA degree
- 5 to 9 years of experience in the Identity Management domain
- Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing Ping technologybased projects
- Experience in at least two IAM engagements covering requirements gathering analysis design development testing deployment and application support
- Proficiency in advanced application integration with IAM solutions including advanced single signon (SSO) PKI concepts and multifactor authentications using Ping Federate Ping One and Ping Access
- Expertise in integrating partners across different domains for achieving SSO using standards like SAML OAuth and WSFederation on the Ping platform
- Handson experience in enabling OAuth for finegrained authorizations using Ping Federate and architecting solutions for SSO and multifactor authentications using Ping One cloud service
- Familiarity with LDAP SSL RDBMS and Linux technologies
- Knowledge of web/application servers such as IIS WebSphere WebLogic JBoss and Apache
- Experience in developing/configuring standard/custom SSO integrations using Java .Net or other major scripting languages
- Proficient in documentation presentation skills and software development life cycle processes
- Ability to conduct advanced IAM trainings and drive proof of concepts involving emerging IAM technologies
- Exposure to process frameworks and methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- IAM technology certifications
- PMP CISSP certification and exposure to other security domains
