Our team is growing and were looking for an Account Manager who is passionate about web development and has expertise in Shopify to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary:
The Account Manager will be the bridge between our clients and our technical team ensuring that our web development projects are delivered successfully. This role requires a deep understanding of web technologies particularly Shopify as well as excellent communication and project management skills. You will manage client relationships oversee project timelines and ensure that all deliverables meet our high standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients building strong relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Understand clients business goals and translate them into actionable web development projects.
- Coordinate with designers developers and other team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Provide expert advice on Shopify and other web development best practices.
- Ensure the final deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously maintaining excellent service and communication.
- Stay uptodate with the latest web development trends and technologies especially related to ecommerce and Shopify.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a web development or digital marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of web development processes and technologies with a focus on Shopify.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Computer Science or a related field.
- Certification or significant experience with Shopify is highly desirable.
