Clinical Transplant Coord - MAIN Post Renal Transplant

Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for an RN Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CTC) Post Renal Transplant. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Phoenix AZ 85016

Assignment Start Date: 3/4/2024

13 weeks Days 810hr shift 40hrs weekly guaranteed

The Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CTC) is a Registered Nurse (RN) and a designated member of the transplant multidisciplinary team with primary responsibility for coordinating and ensuring continuity of care for transplant candidates recipients and their families throughout all phases of care (referral evaluation waitlist transplant surgery and posttransplant). The CTC partners with the members of the multidisciplinary team including but not limited to physicians surgeons nurses social workers pharmacists nutritionists financial coordinators and administrative personnel.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Three (3) or more years of clinical practice and leadership experience are required.
• Two (2) or more years of solid organ or bone marrow transplant experience is preferred.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law before the start date.
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.
• Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association.

Shift: Days Clinic Hours

COVID19: COVID19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required from October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Childrens before starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID19 will be required to sign a Declination & Masking Protocol agreement and must mask during the respiratory virus season.
