Grant Manager

We are hiring a Grant Manager for one of our clients in Trenton NJ.

Job Description:

• Communication with MRC Unit Coordinators monitoring Unit progress regarding MRC volunteer recruitment and training procurement of regional MRC volunteer training events tracking Unit compliance with delineated MRC Cooperative Agreement deliverables and maintaining manifests of MRC promotional and other resources purchased for distribution and use by MRC Units.
• Assists in the review of monthly or other progress reports and provides recommendations pertaining to program effectiveness and efficiency.
• Communication with MRC Unit Coordinators monitoring Unit progress regarding MRC volunteer recruitment and training procurement of regional MRC volunteer training events tracking Unit compliance with delineated MRC Cooperative Agreement deliverables and maintaining manifests of MRC promotional and other resources purchased for distribution and use by MRC Units.
• Assists in the review of monthly or other progress reports and provides recommendations pertaining to program effectiveness and efficiency.

Skills required:

• Appointees will be required to possess a drivers license valid in New Jersey necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
• Three (3) years of professional experience in grant management and program development.

Education required:

• A minimum of a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university is required preferably in a scientific emergency preparedness or business discipline.

Work hours:

• 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
• Lunch period: 12:00 PM 1:00 PM (unpaid)
