Your mission

As People and Culture Manager your mission is to lead Talent Acquisition contributing to Talent Management Projects and actively building a positive and inclusive organizational culture.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Spearhead the recruitment process with a focus on acquiring toptier talent for technical roles in our rapidly evolving organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Utilize innovative and effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse candidates.
  • Conduct interviews assess candidate qualifications and manage the endtoend recruitment process.
  • Manage and collaborate with external suppliers

Talent Management Projects & Culture Building:

  • Contribute to various talent management projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement development and retention.
  • Act as a key driver in building and promoting a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that foster employee wellbeing collaboration and a sense of belonging.

Our ideal player:

  • Proven experience in managing endtoend recruitment processes for technical roles.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
  • 4 years of experience working in People & Culture with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition within tech companies.
  • Proven experience working on diverse talent management projects demonstrating the ability to drive initiatives that positively impact organizational culture and performance.
  • Previous experience in scaleup companies understanding the unique challenges and opportunities associated with rapid growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in both English and Spanish.
