Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining backend services using Python and Flask framework
• Designing and implementing RESTful APIs for various applications
• Integrating userfacing elements with server side logic
• Implementing security and data protection measures
• Optimizing the application for maximum speed and scalability
• Implementing data storage solutions using SQLAlchemy ORM
• Collaborating with frontend developers on integrating userfacing elements
• Writing reusable testable and efficient code
• Performing unit testing and debugging
• Coordinating with the team to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions
• Implementing serverside logic using Flask
• Participating in code review and knowledge sharing sessions
• Managing project timelines and priorities in an Agile environment
• Continuously researching new technologies and incorporating them into the development process
• Maintaining code integrity and organization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience as a Python developer with expertise in Flask framework
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful services
• Proficiency in SQL and database design
• Experience with ORM libraries such as SQLAlchemy
• Proficiency in unit testing and debugging
• Version control using Git or similar tools
• Experience working in Agile methodologies
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
• Strong attention to detail and a resultsdriven mindset
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture is a plus
