The skilled team consisting of registered nurses care assistants senior care assistants and ancillary workers is experienced in caring for individuals with dementia. With various events and activities planned leisure walks in the garden and ensuite bedrooms the home strives to create an active and enjoyable ambiance providing residents with the comfort of home and caring staff akin to family.
Responsibilities of the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) within the Nursing Home:
- Maintain the highest standards of care welfare and safety for all residents
- Conduct thorough physical and psychological assessments for new admissions
- Develop personalized care plans and update them regularly
- Administer medication safely and maintain accurate records
- Foster effective communication with external suppliers and healthcare providers
- Monitor and enhance the performance of care staff
- Create effective rotas to ensure efficient staffing
- Embrace a personcentred approach respecting the privacy dignity and individual needs of each resident

- Valid NMC Pin or awaiting one
Registered qualification as an RGN or RMN
