Your Role as a Compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) at the Heart of Our Nursing Home:
As a key member of our Nursing Home family youll play an integral role in upholding the highest standards of resident care welfare and safety. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations
- Crafting individualized personcentered care plans and ensuring timely updates
- Collaborating with external governing bodies and agencies
- Ensuring meticulous compliance with statutory requirements documentation and health and safety protocols
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Fulfilling designated duties delegated by the Home Manager
Requirements
Requirements for Your Journey with Find Medic as a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN):
- Possession of a valid Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN)
- Active NMC PIN or pending NMC PIN approval
- A clean DBS record
