Medsolve are proud to be working with a client who are recruiting for a Children s Home Registered Manager.


This is a permanent role 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.


We do NOT offer sponsorship.


My client offers a generous salary of up to 49000.

Requirements of the Children s Home Manager:

We are looking for a Children s Home Manager who understands the challenges that this role brings but also understands the rewards.

Our Registered Managers are commercial and compassionate leaders.

Able to motivate and develop their staff team to ensure that the young people we care for have the best care experience possible.

You will have the vision and leadership to take this home forward with the backing and support from your service manager in addition to a supportive headoffice team covering referrals finance HR maintenance IT and recruitment.


Skills and experience required of the Children s Home Manager:

  • A level 5 diploma in leadership for health and social care and children and young people s services; or equivalent; or a preparedness to work towards the same.
  • Experience at senior level in a Residential Childrens home.
  • At least 2 years experience working in the residential childcare sector since 2018 and have been either a leader/deputy manager or registered manager.
  • Full manual driving licence
  • To participate in further continuing professional development support the needs of our young people.
