We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester proficient in Appium to contribute to the development and maintenance of our automated testing framework. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mobile application testing methodologies along with handson experience in using Appium for automation testing across various mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and execute automated test scripts using Appium for mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate with the development and QA teams to understand application features and requirements for effective test planning and execution.
- Perform functional regression and performance testing on mobile applications to identify and report defects.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of automated test frameworks ensuring scalability reusability and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and analyze test failures providing detailed reports and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in mobile testing and automation.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely delivery of highquality software releases.
- Participate in test case reviews requirement analysis and contribute to overall testing strategy.
- Collaborate with manual testing teams to transition manual test cases into automated test scripts.
- Maintain and update test documentation including test plans test cases and automation scripts.
