ServiceNow SME (GRC)
1.Total Experience of 8 yrs in IT
2.Worked on at least 1 GRC Implementation project involving Risk Mgmt implementation Compliance Control indicators configuration
3.Good knowledge of ITSM ITIL V3 and Risk/Compliance process
4.Must be Ready to work in South America Timezone
4.Solid handson knowledge of ServiceNow platform Client/server scripting
5.Knowledge of JavaScript as an individual contributor.
6.Around 5 years of handson development experience in ServiceNow
7.Process understanding of Incident Problem Change and Knowledge Management
8.Good Experience in ITSM and CMDB module implementation/development
9.Good implementation experience in webbased Integration (SOAP REST) and any other type of integration.
10.Good communication and presentation skill
11.Handson experience in configuring Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies UI Scripts UI Actions UI Pages Script Includes Access Control Lists complex workflows and solution migration to higher environment.
12.Knowledge of Flow Designer Integration Hub.
13.Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Development Best Practices & ongoing knowledge ServiceNow features
