Overview:

As a Technical Support Coordinator (TSC) you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our technical support services. You will be responsible for coordinating support activities resolving technical issues and delivering exceptional customer service. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate technical support activities and resources
  • Resolve technical issues based on established guidelines
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution
  • Identify trends in reported issues and recommend proactive solutions
  • Contribute to the improvement of support processes and documentation
  • Assist in training and onboarding new support team members
  • Prepare and present regular reports on support activities and performance
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and technical skills
  • Support and adhere to company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience in technical support or customer service role
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent understanding of technical products and services
  • Proficiency in using support tools and ticketing systems
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of ITIL or other support frameworks is a plus
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A Network or similar
  • Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality support
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Team player with a customercentric approach
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Proactive and selfmotivated attitude
