Regional Director of Operations (COTA OTR PT PTA or SLP licensure required)
This position requires extensive travel working with facilities in North Carolina and other states as requested. A minimum of two years DOR experience in the LTC setting also required.

The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for the overall management of Therapy Operations in the assigned Region in accordance with established policies procedures and practices of the company under the direction of the Director of Operations Senior Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations.

Requirements
What you offer:
- Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree Masters Degree or an Associate Degree in physical therapy occupational therapy or speech language pathology.
- Current state licensure and/or certification/registry as required.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience as a licensed therapist
- Minimum of two (2) years experience as a Director of Rehabilitation in longterm care/skilled nursing setting required multisite experience preferred
- Indepth knowledge of industry rules and regulations
- Familiarity with software e.g. Net Health Microsoft Office preferred
- Assume responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and/or certification.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Outstanding communication and people skills
