Job Summary: As the Vice President of Finance / Director of Finance at ARK Products you will be a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company. This position requires a seasoned finance professional with expertise in financial planning and analysis budgeting forecasting financial reporting and strategic financial management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving financial performance managing financial risk and providing strategic guidance to support business growth and expansion initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage the annual budget in collaboration with the executive team ensuring financial sustainability and profitability.
  
• Oversee financial planning forecasting and analysis to support strategic decisionmaking and longterm growth initiatives.
  
• Monitor key financial metrics identify trends and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
  
• Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements as well as industry standards related to financial reporting and disclosure.
  

Risk Management:

• Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities developing mitigation strategies to protect the companys financial interests.
  
• Implement effective internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risks.
  

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports including monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
  
• Provide insightful analysis and interpretation of financial results to the executive team and board of directors.
  

Cash Flow Management:

• Manage cash flow liquidity and working capital to support daytoday operations and strategic investments.
  
• Optimize cash management processes and treasury functions to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  

Strategic Financial Planning:

• Provide strategic financial guidance and support to the executive team contributing to the development and execution of business strategies and growth initiatives.
  
• Evaluate financial implications of business decisions and investment opportunities recommending courses of action to enhance shareholder value.
  

Team Leadership:

• Recruit develop and lead a highperforming finance team fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
  
• Provide mentorship and guidance to finance team members supporting their professional development and growth.
  
• Oversee HR and IT functions budgets processes and personnel.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role such as Vice President of Finance or Director of Finance preferably within the consumer products ecommerce or manufacturing sectors.
  
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles with a strong track record of financial management and strategic planning.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial regulations and industry standards.
  
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  
• Bachelors degree in finance accounting business administration or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
