Car Rental Drop Off Agent

Location: RoissyenFrance (close to ParisCharles de Gaulle Airport)

Schedule: Monday to Sunday (day and night) divided in shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring an impeccable customer service;
• Taking over the rented vehicles from our customers;
• Carefully completing the return contract;
• Checking the state of the vehicle in order to identify potential damages;
• Registering the damages and incurring the amounts from the customers;
• Requesting a review from the customers regarding our services.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service;
• Mandatory driving license (B category);
• Proficiency in French and English;
• Hardworking ambitious extroverted and integritydriven personality;
• Excellent customer service skills along with attention to detail;
• Strong communication time management teamwork and computer skills.
