The Specialist will contribute to the design and continuous improvement of talent attraction and candidate experience strategies technologies policies and procedures designed to increase quality of hire. This team is in charge of employer branding employee experience communications and marketing all in conjunction with Talent Acquisition and Corporate Brand teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead in the development of multiple and varied global employer brand initiatives and recruitment marketing content in partnership with internal stakeholders (TA&M HRS Corp Comms D&I Legal) and external vendors as necessary including both ongoing talent attraction/candidate experience initiatives and targeted realtime campaigns
  • Social media strategy setup and development of profiles as well as 6 month content calendar creation community management
  • Development of value proposition messaging framework with distinct look and feel/employer brand identity for ongoing creative development
  • Digital media programmatic advertising Google ads job boards online profiles community management
  • Designing and activating employer brand strategies in a global organization/for global clients
  • Provide coaching and consultation to leaders and all levels of TA&M team members
  • Budget management project management and frequent updates to wider team and leadership
  • Other duties may be assigned


Skills:

  • Proven Workday Job Boards and Social Media experience
  • Excellent problemsolving organizational project management and critical thinking skills
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including customer negotiating and relationship management skills
  • Proven success adhering to and leading complex project schedules and managing moderate sections of projects
  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition Programs Skilled at managing internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Skilled at leveraging consultative mindset techniques
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Communications Branding HR Psychology or other related field Required
  • 5 Years of experience in a TA or HR function for a global corporation Required
  • Medical device and Biotech experience highly preferred


Schedule:

  • This is a remote position. Generally standard office hours with some flexibility when liaising with global teams
  • Candidates based in California are highly preferred


Pay & Duration:

  • Contract for 9months
  • Pay starts at $51/hr
