Responsibilities:

Lead endtoend NetSuite ERP implementations encompassing requirements gathering solution design configuration testing training and postimplementation support.

Migrate data seamlessly from Microsoft Great Plains or legacy ERP systems to NetSuite.

Provide ongoing NetSuite assistance and support to both new and established clients.

Bridge the gap between client needs and NetSuite functionalities identifying and proposing strategic solutions.

Lead discovery and requirements gathering workshop.

Lead process mapping/reengineering and future state process design

Advise client on standard functionality leading practices for software and industry.

Functional system configuration design drafting requirements and design documents.

Experience with NetSuite Objects but not limited to Fixed Assets Account Payable Payroll Revenue Management Procure to Pay Record to Report and/or MultiBook Accounting.

Drive client and internal activities including business analysis system requirement definition documentation implementation data conversion and training.

Design functional solutions create test scripts ensure quality development work and coordinate installation of deliverables from Sandbox to production.

Configure various NetSuite modules and offer handson best practice solutions within the platform.

Collaborate effectively with clients and project managers to meet golive deadlines.

Develop and execute data conversion/mapping and testing strategies.

Interact with clients to fully understand their business requirements and provide insightful guidance.

Deliver functional training to clients as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in NetSuite ERP implementation.

10 years of proven expertise in NetSuite implementation life cycle and consulting across various business lines.

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Business IT Finance etc.).

Proven experience as a project lead or lead functional consultant overseeing implementations continuous business process improvements and ongoing support.

Ability to create customize and manage NetSuite fields workflows roles/permissions custom objects records scripts reports saved searches dashboards etc.

Comprehensive understanding of both Microsoft Great Plains and NetSuite platforms.

Advanced knowledge of data mapping transformation and migration techniques.

Proficiency in NetSuite customization scripting and development.

NetSuite ERP Consultant or other relevant certifications an asset.

Preferred Qualifications:

CPA and/or Masters degree

NetSuite certification
