Are you a dynamic and resultsdriven individual with a passion for sales and client care Our clients thriving conveyancing firm in Hertfordshire is seeking a Sales Person/Client Care Executive to join their closeknit team of 7 professionals. If you have a background in estate agency or similar field and you thrive in a fastpaced environment this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
**Role Overview:**
As a Sales Person/Client Care Executive you will play a crucial role within the team focusing on converting leads and delivering exceptional client care. This position involves a high volume of outbound calls so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You will work closely with the team to ensure a seamless experience for their clients throughout the conveyancing process.
**Responsibilities:**
Convert leads into clients through effective communication and relationshipbuilding.
Handle a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients.
Provide excellent client care addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
Collaborate with the closeknit team of 7 to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system.
**Requirements:**
Previous experience in estate agency or a similar field is highly desirable.
Proven track record in sales and client care.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work well within a closeknit team.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Resilient and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
