Junior DevOps Engineer

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of DevOps tools and processes to support continuous integration deployment and delivery pipelines.
  
• Collaborate with software developers to automate build deployment and release processes.
  
• Monitor and maintain the health performance and security of production and development environments.
  
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues in a timely manner.
  
• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
  
• Implement and maintain configuration management tools such as Ansible Puppet or Chef.
  
• Continuously learn and stay updated on emerging DevOps technologies best practices and industry trends.
  
• Assist in documenting processes procedures and system configurations.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and commandline tools.
  
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing concepts and services.
  
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash Python or PowerShell.
  
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is a plus.
  
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
