Actualmente IGLS est contratando un representante de ventas para respaldar nuestra divisi n internacional. Como laboratorio con departamentos cl nicos y de ID propios nuestro objetivo es proporcionar a los centros y profesionales de Reproducci n Asistida servicios de pruebas y diagn stico nicos contribuyendo as a apoyar a nuestros estimados clientes en el logro de mayores tasas de embarazo exitoso.


IGLS is currently recruiting a Sales Representative to support our international division. As a lab with own R&D and clinical departments our aim is to provide Assisted Reproduction centres and professionals with unique testing and diagnostic services thereby contributing to support our esteemed customers in their achievement of higher successful pregnancy rates.

Requisitos

Funciones:

Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ventas enfocadas en la atenci n al paciente calidad de servicio y resultados cient ficos.
Atraer nuevos clientes (principalmente cl nicas de fertilidad humana y ginec logos independientes).
Visitas peri dicas a m dicos embri logos y responsables de cl nicas para vender los servicios de IGLS dentro del territorio asignado.
Gestionar la cartera de clientes de manera efectiva haciendo que compren los nuevos productos en cuentas de clientes existentes.
Desarrollar relaciones s lidas y duraderas con clientes establecidos y nuevos.
Excelente atenci n a todos los clientes asegurando que est n adecuadamente asesorados sobre las t cnicas recomendadas y la interpretaci n de los resultados caso por caso.
Responder a las consultas de los clientes a trav s de diversas plataformas (correo electr nico tel fono).
Desarrollar y consolidar el conocimiento la buena reputaci n y el prestigio de los productos y de la empresa a trav s de congresos reuniones cient ficas etc
Adaptarse a las diferentes regulaciones y necesidades del campo de la reproducci n humana en diferentes pa ses de Europa.
Cumplir con los informes solicitados por la empresa como retroalimentaci n de los clientes.
Responsable del desarrollo y uso de un conjunto de herramientas de software para mejorar la precisi n integridad y puntualidad de ofertas pedidos y servicios.

Experiencia requerida:
Debe ser en rgico motivado y motivado con fuertes habilidades de comunicaci n y enfoque en el cliente.
Experiencia en los campos de fertilidad y gen tica.
Se prefiere experiencia en servicios m dicos as como una red de cl nicas ya establecida.
Inter s cient fico y de investigaci n.
2 a os de experiencia y xito pasado en ventas.
Capacidad para presentar el producto frente al p blico.
Habilidades de gesti n del tiempo as como fuertes habilidades para la resoluci n de problemas.
Buen conocimiento de los productos y del proceso de venta.
Buenos conocimientos de TI.
Disponibilidad para viajar a trav s del territorio asignado.
Centrarse en los resultados.
Comprensi n de los datos de ventas y an lisis de marketing.

Educaci n requerida:
Se prefiere un t tulo en Ciencias Biol gicas o equivalente o relacionado con VentasMarketing.
Se valorar la maestr a en Ciencias de la Reproducci n.
Dominio del ingl s y espa ol m nimo nivel medioalto para asistir a formaciones eventos de empresa etc. Se valorar n otros idiomas como alem n o franc s.

What youll be doing:
Develop and implement sales strategies focused on patient care quality of service and scientific results.
Attracting new customers (mostly human fertility clinics and independent gynecologists).
Regular visits to doctors embryologists and clinic managers to sell IGLS services within the assigned territory.
Manage the client portfolio effectively having them buy the new products in existing customer accounts.
Develop solid and lasting relationships with established and new clients.
Excellent attention to all customers ensuring that they are properly advised on the techniques recommended and the interpretation of the results case by case.
Respond to customer inquiries through various platforms (email phone).
Develop and consolidate knowledge good reputation and prestige of the products and company through conferences scientific meetings etc
Adapt to different regulation and needs of the human reproduction field in different countries of Europe.
Comply with the reports requested by the company as customer feedback.
Responsible for the development and use of a set of software tools to improve the accuracy completeness and timeliness of offers orders and services.

Experience Required:
Must be energetic driven and selfmotivated with strong communication skills and customer focus.
Expertise in fertility and genetics fields
Experience background in medical services is preferred as well as an already established network of clinics.
Scientific and research interest.
2 years of experience and past success in sales.
Ability to present the product in front of audience.
Time management skills as well as strong problemsolving skills.
Good knowledge of products and selling process.
Good IT knowledge.
Availability to travel across assigned territory.
Focus on results.
Understanding of the selling data and marketing analytics.

Education Required:
Biological Science or equivalent or SalesMarketing related degree is preferred.
Master s degree in Reproductive Sciences will be considered an advantage.
Proficient English and minimum mediumhigh level Spanish to attend training company events etc. Other languages as German or French will be considered an advantage.
