The Role

As the eCommerce Trading Manager youll be a senior member of the eCommerce team working with internal departments and directly with partners to effectively drive online sales through Castore channels on their behalf. Your focus is to drive performance online and understand the nuances of each different team website and customer base.

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and report on daily / weekly business performance making data driven decisions

Phase monthly sales targets

Plan monthly trading plans in line with launches team events and promotions

Prepare and launch products & ranges

Work with sporting partners and grow their online presence

Use Google analytics and other tools to analyse and optimise the websites

Monitor and report on competitor activity

Produce weekly and monthly reports on performance

Skills & Qualities

Management Experience

Ecommerce trading experience

Dutch speaking

Skilled communicator able to build working relationships with internal business departments and external tech and sporting partners

Have an exceptional analytical mind with technical proficiency and commercial awareness

Experience of using ecommerce tools is essential and you will be proficient in excel and other reporting software

Shopify experience an advantage but not necessary
