VL - Program Manager

• Working closely with the customer to define the scope of the project and ensuring all project deliveries meet organizational standards.
• Managing projects in various execution models including Agile/Waterfall and using tools like Jenkins Jira Git XL etc.
• Identifying program risks developing mitigation plans and providing regular status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Driving revenue growth at multiple accounts by effectively managing resources and nurturing customer relationships.
• Mentoring project managers and project leads to enhance their skills and capabilities.

• Experience in project management particularly in an Agile framework using Scrum and Kanban Boards.
• Familiarity with C programming Linux device driver development firmware development board bring up BSP embedded systems or consumer electronics products.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with particular emphasis on debugging.
• Selfmanaged and adaptive with a willingness to take on new challenging work.
