Role and Responsibilities:
As a Showroom Manager at Kezan consulting you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store ensuring that it runs smoothly and effectively. Your key responsibilities include:
- Motivating and managing the sales teams to achieve sales targets
- Creating and implementing business strategies to drive store profitability and growth
- Managing merchandise and ensuring proper stock rotation and identification
- Analyzing the competitive market and identifying opportunities for business growth
- Delivering customer orders on time and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Training and developing the internal staff for succession planning

- 36 years of experience in the same industry
