HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes.
Responsibilities:
- Performing recruitment & generalist activities
- Calling and screening candidates on the phone shortlist & call suitable candidates for discussion
- Headhunting on social media like Linkedin Facebook
- Employee management appraisals & manpower planning

Required Candidate profile
The candidate should be MBA in HR
At least 4 years experience in IT Recruitment
Experience in hiring with the help of Linkedin Facebook & other social networks.
Good communication and people skills.
