Position Head of Design
Experience 15 years
Qualifications B.Des / B.Arch / Diploma in Inteiror Design
Salary 2.0L 2.5L (Negotiable as per experience)
Commitment Period 2 Years
Job location 2001 T4 DLF CORPORATE GREENS Sector 74A Gurugram Haryana 122004
Working days Monday Saturday (Alternate Saturdays are off)
Working timings 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (Flexible working slot)
Requirements
- Working proficiency in AutoCAD Photoshop InDesign
- Previous leadership experience as a Design Director Creative Director Principal Designer or a similar role within the interior design industry.
- Exceptional creative and conceptual design skills with a keen eye for detail and a demonstrated ability to translate client objectives into innovative design solutions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of inspiring and developing design talent.
- Strong project management abilities including the ability to manage multiple projects budgets and timelines effectively.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Experience in overseeing the entire design and execution process for highend residential and commercial projects
- Experience in catering to discerning and affluent clientele
