About the Role
Klub is looking for a versatile operator to join the Growth New Initiatives or Operations team. In this dynamic position you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for your specific/allocated function.
Role and Responsibilities
- Analyse data from various sources to identify trends opportunities and areas for optimization.
- Utilise data to develop and execute A/B email campaigns conversion rate optimization experiments and other initiatives to improve key performance metrics.
- Gather data from various sources including internal databases thirdparty tools and eCommerce platforms.
- Monitor and report on the performance of growth initiatives providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential areas for expansion and differentiation.
- Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies related to growth and data analysis.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in commerce/finance or a related field.
- 012 months of experience in growth and Ecommerce/Operations verticals is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
