Overview:

The Lead Generation Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the organization by identifying potential clients and nurturing relationships to generate and qualify leads. This role is instrumental in building a strong sales pipeline and contributing to the overall revenue targets. Who have experience of LinkedIn marketing Email Marketing and Facebook marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels and resources
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage lead generation activities
  • Conduct coldcalling and networking activities to initiate conversations with potential clients
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure alignment with the organizations target market
  • Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and facilitate the sales process
  • Create and implement lead nurturing strategies to engage and maintain relationships with prospects
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize strategies and maximize results
  • Participate in industry events and tradeshows to expand the network and generate leads
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with promotional activities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new lead generation opportunities
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes for management review
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance lead generation skills
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of lead generation processes and best practices
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless lead handover and customer experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in lead generation sales or business development roles
  • Demonstrated success in achieving lead generation and sales targets
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead management processes
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
  • Excellent networking and relationshipbuilding abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and salesrelated software
  • Proactive and selfmotivated approach towards lead generation activities
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace new lead generation techniques
  • Previous experience in B2B lead generation is an advantage
