Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Designing coding and modifying ERPNext modules and features
• Customizing ERPNext to meet specific business requirements
• Integrating ERPNext with thirdparty systems and applications
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure system efficiency
• Identifying and resolving ERPNextrelated issues and bugs
• Participating in ERPNext software testing and quality assurance
• Providing technical support and training to endusers
• Staying updated with ERPNext releases features and best practices
• Optimizing ERPNext performance and scalability
• Leading ERPNext upgrade and migration projects
• Ensuring data security and system backups
• Managing ERPNext user permissions and access control
• Conducting thorough system performance analysis
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of ERPNext processes

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in developing ERPNext Application for Manufacturing domain using CRM Inventory Manufacturing Project HR and related modules.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• Proven experience as an ERPNext Developer or similar role
• Proficiency in Python programming language
• Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript
• Experience with database management systems particularly MySQL and MariaDB
• Ability to customize ERPNext using Frappe Framework and Jinja templates
• Knowledge of ERPNext APIs and integration methods
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and version control systems
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Certifications in ERPNext development or related areas (e.g. ERPNext Foundation Certification) is a plus
• Experience with ERPNext deployment configuration and performance optimization
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience of using Odoo will be a plus.
