Overview:

The Billing & Planning Manager (Road) plays a critical role in overseeing the billing and planning operations for road projects within the organization. They are responsible for ensuring accurate billing efficient planning and logistical coordination to support the successful execution of road projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement billing processes and procedures for road projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing
  • Manage project budgets and financial planning for road projects
  • Analyze financial data and provide reports on billing and project expenses
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure efficient transportation and delivery of materials
  • Oversee the planning and scheduling of road construction activities
  • Conduct risk assessment and mitigation planning for road projects
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and permits
  • Provide strategic input for road project planning and execution
  • Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables
  • Participate in project status meetings and provide updates on billing and planning activities
  • Identify areas for process improvements and implement best practices
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for billing and planning activities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to billing and planning teams
  • Contribute to the development of longterm strategic plans for road projects

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field
  • 5 years of experience in billing and planning management specifically in the road construction industry
  • Proven track record of successful budget management and financial analysis
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in road construction
  • Proficiency in financial software and project management tools
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing and planning activities
  • Certification in project management or related field is preferred
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed
  • Experience in stakeholder management and crossfunctional collaboration
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on longterm project success
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
