Role and Responsibilities:As a Team Leader at Kezan consulting you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your duties will include:
- Improving overall customer relationships and providing reliable administrative support and customer service.
- Meeting budgeted per customer sales and targets and achieving showroom sales and operating expenses goals while maintaining a focus on quality customer service.
- Coordinating with the merchandising team to ensure the supply of merchandise to showrooms as per demand.
- Delivering showroom sales and operating expenses targets on a daily weekly monthly quarterly and annual basis.
- Creating the right shopping ambience in showrooms and adhering to reverse logistics guidelines.
- Executing activities aimed at increasing sales and providing insights for merchandise requirements based on sales patterns and consumer preferences.
- Implementing loss prevention activities generating necessary reports and ensuring adherence to showroom standard operating procedures.
- Handling all point of sales activities inventory management and staff guidance to increase sales and profitability.
Candidate Qualifications:Kezan consulting is seeking a candidate with:
- A graduation degree in relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets along with sound knowledge of inventory management.
- Proficiency in using point of sale systems and generating reports.
