Job description Graphic designer
- Design and develop a variety of ad formats for digital and print channels including social media ads display banners app store creatives and landing pages.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Translate audio content into visually compelling layouts and concepts that resonate with listeners.
- Utilize strong typography imagery and color palettes to create a consistent and engaging brand experience.
- Stay uptodate on the latest design trends and best practices in the digital advertising landscape.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
- (Bonus): Leverage AIpowered design tools (e.g. Midjourney DALLE 2) to generate initial concepts and enhance creative efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Communication or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in designing for digital advertising and/or the publishing industry.
- Proven ability to translate concepts into creative and effective visuals.
- Strong understanding of design principles typography and color theory.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for audiobooks and a deep understanding of the digital media landscape.
- (Bonus): Familiarity and working knowledge of AIpowered design tools.
- Tamil Telugu Malayalam language proficiency is a must!
