We are looking for energetic selfmotivated and a smart intelligent technical candidate for Principal Engineer position.
Responsibilities:
- Design document and implement engineering solutions both individually and as part of a team.
- Lead and manage technical projects from conception to completion.
- Hands on full stack coding including frontend backend microservices database cloud infrastructure and test automation.
- Utilize Secure by Design development practices.
- Create threat models.
- Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
- Analyze engineering challenges and develop solutions.
- Monitor assess and enhance the performance of the engineering team.
- Research and recommend new technologies processes and procedures.
- Solve technical problems of the highest scope complexity and ambiguity.
- Mentor other engineers and help them grow.
- Conduct code reviews for quality security and maintainability
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Extensive experience in full stack development frontend backend microservices database cloud infrastructure and test automation.
- Experience working in an Agile development process.
- Experience with Black Box White Box and automated testing frameworks
- Experience with Threat Modeling
- Experience with fully automated CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and best practices
- Strong knowledge of design patterns and how to apply them.
- Extensive experience designing and building highly available Cloud based solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work as part of a team and independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Microsoft Azure or AWS Cloud certifications
- Experience with the healthcare domain
- Experience with healthcare data and standards such as HL& and FHIR
- Experience with conducting FMEAs
Working Conditions:
The Principal Engineer will be required to travel as business dictates necessary but will typically operate from an office environment.
