Lead Generation Associate

Overview:

The Lead Generation Associate plays a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential customers for the organization. This position is responsible for driving sales growth and revenue by initiating and managing the lead generation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads and prospects through various channels.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage and track leads and sales activities.
  • Initiate communication with leads through cold calling email campaigns and networking events.
  • Qualify leads based on their interest budget and decisionmaking authority.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
  • Nurture and follow up on leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Analyze and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.
  • Assist in the development of promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
  • Meet and exceed lead generation and sales targets.
  • Provide timely and accurate documentation of all lead generation activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of lead generation processes and strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in a lead generation or sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and cold call potential customers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new strategies.
  • Knowledge of lead generation best practices and techniques.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Digital marketing experience is plus point.
