We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to join our team as a Salesforce Pardot Specialist and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer. In this role resources will be responsible for leveraging their expertise in Salesforce Pardot and Marketing Cloud to design implement and optimize marketing automation solutions that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of handson experience in Salesforce Pardot and Marketing Cloud development with a proven track record of successful implementation and integration projects.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation Strategy:
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand business objectives and design marketing automation strategies that drive lead generation nurturing and customer engagement.
Develop and execute endtoend marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Pardot and Marketing Cloud
Salesforce Pardot Expertise:
Configure and customize Salesforce Pardot to meet business requirements including the creation of landing pages forms email templates and automation rules.
Implement lead scoring models and optimize them based on campaign performance and lead behavior.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Development:
Design and build complex journeys and automations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support marketing and communication initiatives.
Develop AMP script and SQL queries for personalized content and data manipulation within the Marketing Cloud.
Integration and Data Management:
Integrate Salesforce Pardot and Marketing Cloud with other systems such as Salesforce CRM to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
Implement data cleansing and segmentation strategies to maintain data quality and enhance targeting capabilities. Analytics and Reporting:
Create custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis.
Collaboration and Training:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment between marketing automation efforts and broader business objectives.
Conduct training sessions for endusers to maximize the utilization of Salesforce Pardot and Marketing Cloud functionalities.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Excellent communication interpersonal and clientfacing skills.
Resultsoriented with a focus on delivering highquality software solutions.
Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.
