Job Description

Overview:

The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue and growing the customer base for the organization. They are responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets while also developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the companys market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Lead motivate and mentor the sales team to drive performance and meet objectives
  • Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales campaigns and promotional activities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the sales team
  • Set individual and team sales targets and ensure they are met
  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or related field
  • Proven experience in sales with a successful track record
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
  • Indepth knowledge of sales principles and practices
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Certification in Sales or related field is a plus
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
  • Highly organized and detailoriented
