ROLE: Sr. Engineer Civil
QUALIFICATION: B. Tech /B.E. in Civil.
EXPERIENCE: 710 years of relevant Real Estate experience in Project Management and site works which includes minimum 3 years in Sr.
Engineers profile.
SALARY: 8.5 LPA to 10 LPA
LOCATION: Wadala Site
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ascertain the project goals budgets and overall key factors.
Review technical building and infrastructure plans and drawings for the project.
Supervise the onsite team ensuring the building quality standards are being followed.
Work with the project team to foresee and avoid when possible any obstacles that may present themselves during the construction or planning phase.
Work in line with health and safety guidelines at all times.
Provide project reports to executives.
Make suggestions on costreducing procedures for the project.
Work to agreed deadlines and timescales
