Probation Period 3 months
Job Location Greater Kailash New Delhi 110048
Working days Monday Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays are off)
Office Timings 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Requirements :
- Experience: Indepth experience in Large scale Institutional Commercial and Residential Projects . Overseeing apporval drawingsBOQsconstruction sets / GFCs services and interiors
- Project Management: Experience in overseeing a minimum of 23 projects from concept to completion (Mandatory).
- Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage small teams effectively
- Coordination: Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders including consultants vendors and site teams
- Software Proficiency: AutoCAD Sketchup Lumion
- Work Ethic: Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently. Ability to meet demanding deadlines
