Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for demand generation for ophthalmic equipments in assigned territory
2. Responsible for the effective demo of the ophthalmic Equipments in assigned territory
3. Responsible for the sales of Equipments in the assigned territory
4. Provide presales technical assistance such as demo and product education
5. Work on aftersales customer engagement and provide technical back up as required
6. Arrange and carry out product training to the customer
7. Search for new customers who might benefit from company products or services and maximize customer potential in designated regions
8. Responsible to meet the sales targets as assigned by the organization on month on month basis
9. Implementing the sales demo completely without deviation
10. Develop longterm relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their requirements
11. Implement plans and strategies with support of area development Manager & Regional Manager Instrumentation sales
12. Strict adherence to organisation policy w.r.t reporting ethics training etc
13. Ethical promotion and strict adherence to culture of organization is of prime importance
14. Ensure being updated with technical knowledge
Desired Candidate Profile
B TECH BIOMEDICAL DIPLOMA in Electrics & Electronics BE
Fresher or 2 3 years of experience
Good attitude be a team player take initiatives
Should possess good knowledge about electronic components its usage and handling
Should have sound knowledge in electrical connections and its consequences
Should have the skills to identify the problem do troubleshooting and provide proper solutions
Good communication skills needed to explain the product features convenience and convert that into sales.
