Overview:

The Quality Control (QC) Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that products meet the required quality standards and regulations. They are responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes implementing quality control measures and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures
  • Lead and manage the QC team to ensure efficient operations
  • Establish and maintain quality standards for product inspection and testing
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Conduct internal and external quality audits
  • Resolve qualityrelated issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other departments to address quality concerns
  • Provide training and guidance to QC staff
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation and records
  • Participate in new product development and product release activities
  • Manage the calibration and maintenance of QC equipment
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control
  • Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization
  • Prepare quality reports and present findings to management

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in quality control or assurance management
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies
  • Experience in leading and developing a team of quality professionals
  • Indepth understanding of regulatory requirements and standards
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in using quality control tools and software
  • Ability to drive change and implement process improvements
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
  • Certification in quality management or related field is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Proactive collaborative and resultsdriven mindset
  • Adherence to ethical and professional standards of conduct
