Job Description
Our client a leading Consumer multinational looking to hire a HR Manager for their Europe business.
Youll partner with the Europe business to ensure effective planning and execution of Human
Capital Management initiatives and be a SPOC for any HR service requests for the Europe Team.
Lead the Talent Development Agenda across Europe including Development actions for key role holders.
Leadership Development around Coaching feedback.
Early Talent Development Programs across key markets Internship Leadership Trainee
Local Talent Development initiatives to support development of Young Local Talent in the region Ensuring Top Talent in Key roles & quality of succession for Key roles.
Execute the new PMS Bonus Plans across Organization & support the Europe Org on driving Culture of Learning & Development.
Lead Recruitment of Top talent across Europe market.
Building relations with Search partners across key markets.
Proactive Talent mapping & Engagement.
Develop & Drive Employer Brand to attract right talent.
Design & Embed Interventions to help employees live in the Culture & demonstrate Leadership Behaviours .
Includes Interventions to support Employee Health & Wellbeing Agenda.
Support in Creating an Inclusive & Diverse work environment encouraging employees to give their best Everyday.
Design Programs to support Positive Employee Experience & consistent Employee Onboarding across Europe.
Organization
Part of Europe Critical leadership team & Global HR Leadership Team & reporting into Europe Business Director with functional Reporting to Global CHRO
Key Stakeholders Europe & Middle East Leadership Team Country teams
Experience
Postgraduate with 7 years experience in FMCG / CPD industry.
Prior Experience of HR Business Partnering
human resources,hr best practices,talent acquisition and management
