Lead Recruitment of Top talent across Europe market.
Building relations with Search partners across key markets.
Proactive Talent mapping & Engagement.
Develop & Drive Employer Brand to attract right talent.
Design & Embed Interventions to help employees live in the Culture & demonstrate Leadership Behaviours .
Includes Interventions to support Employee Health & Wellbeing Agenda.
Support in Creating an Inclusive & Diverse work environment encouraging employees to give their best Everyday.
Design Programs to support Positive Employee Experience & consistent Employee Onboarding across Europe.
