Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Regional Sales Head to lead our sales efforts for our SAAS product offering Financial Consolidation and Management Reporting Software for CFO Office. As a Regional Sales Head you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing market penetration across assigned territories.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives in the assigned region.
2. Build and manage a highperforming sales team providing mentoring guidance and support to ensure individual and team targets are met.
3. Identify and target key potential customers within the CFO/CXO office including large enterprises midmarket companies and government agencies.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers such as CFOs Finance Directors and Controllers.
5. Proactively identify sales opportunities conduct product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing product management and customer success to ensure effective positioning and messaging of the product.
7. Stay uptodate with industry trends competitor offerings and market changes in order to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
8. Track sales performance and provide accurate sales forecasts reports and market intelligence to senior management.
9. Negotiate contracts pricing and terms with clients ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
10. Participate in industry conferences trade shows and networking events to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. MBA preferred.
2. Proven track record of success in enterpriselevel sales preferably in the field of financial software or SAAS solutions.
3. Strong understanding of financial consolidation management reporting or related finance and accounting processes.
4. Experience leading and motivating a successful sales team.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with key stakeholders.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a crossfunctional team to drive results.
7. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to provide effective solutions to customer challenges.
8. Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
9. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
10. Strong business acumen and a customercentric mindset.
