Designation: Associate/Asst Manager Facility Management

Job Summary: The facility management associate is required to be a Jack or Jill of all trades playing a significant role in everyday business operations. The roles and responsibilities will cover facility management that are met through Planning Managing projects & budgets Operations & Maintenance and Travel Administration.

Duties:
Vendor Management
  • Manage Vendor Partnerships for events bookings and spaces.
  • Manage Vendor Partnerships for day to day operations.
  • Supervise all facilities staff and external contractors on their day to day tasks..
  • Onboard new vendors to support business requirements on aspects of daily administration.
Logistics Management
  • Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health & safety standards.
  • Review utilities storage consumption and purchase with optimal cost management.
  • Ensuring a seamless Day 1 experience for new joiners with end to end handling of the joining kits
  • Handle end to end responsibility of office supplies stationeries and keys.
Space Management
  • Plan and coordinate all installations and maintenance at the office space.
  • Ensure a safe workplace for employees to support their needs and expectations.
  • Setting up and improving processes that facilitate everyday operations from maintenance requests to room reservations.
  • Also manage the requirements at the manufacturing facility.
  • Record keeping of every visitor and client.
  • Maintain office hygiene and cleanliness.
Travel Desk Administration
  • End to end Travel Management for business travels and new joiner relocations
  • Compare and onboard new vendors to support travel
  • Handle all queries and resolutions of employees related to travel desk
  • Adherence to TAT in terms of travel requests to help employees have a smooth and hassle free experience.

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience of 2 years in a similar role
  • Tech & IT savvy to handle all automated processes
  • Well versed with best practices in terms of Facility Management
  • Good interpersonal skills to communicate with employees management vendors and guests
  • Any accreditation/certification is an added advantage
