Job Description

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative you will be responsible for promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone and/or email. Your role will involve assisting 1Fuel card customers with various account management tasks such as card activation resolving billing issues and addressing transaction inquiries.


Here s an overview of your future role:
Employment type: Fulltime
Shift: Day Shift Mon Fri 06:30 AM 03:30 PM
Salary: up to PHP60000
Work setup: Onsite Makati

What do you need to succeed
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of overachieving quota.
  • Strong ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.

Customer Service 1Fuel Fuel Card (50%)

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and/or email.
  • Assist 1Fuel card customers with account management card activation billing issues and transaction inquiries.
  • Provide accurate valid and comprehensive information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents.

Outbound Sales Registration Management Plan (50%)

  • Contact potential and/or existing fuel card customers to inform them about our Registration Management Plan using existing telephone scripts.
  • Answer questions about products or the company handle objections and resolve any issues to customer satisfaction.
  • Gather customer information and input data into company CRM databases.
  • Achieve set sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with customers over the phone.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Assist with the development of sales strategies and products.
  • Provide feedback to the team on the sales process and product improvements.
  • Submit regular and specific data reports
