Overview:

The HR Recruiter Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the HR departments recruitment activities. They will assist in identifying and attracting top talent thus contributing to the companys success and growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain handson experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards social media and networking
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates qualifications
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
  • Assist in organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate documentation
  • Support the creation of job descriptions and job postings
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
  • Assist in arranging travel and accommodations for outoftown applicants
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and process improvements
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist in the preparation of recruitmentrelated reports and presentations
  • Adhere to recruitment policies procedures and compliance requirements
  • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment such as scheduling interviews and maintaining records
  • Provide general support to the HR department as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and talent acquisition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications particularly Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment
  • Strong problemsolving and critical thinking abilities
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations is desirable
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving priorities and responsibilities
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
