Motion Graphic Designer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design various motion graphics for video deliverables
• Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives
• Assist in selecting audio video colors animation etc. for graphic design
• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
• Maintain uptodate knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques
• Develop animations composites and renders for product design and visualization
• Prepare design plan concept and layout for motion graphic project
• Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web mobile etc.
• Assist in designing and creating storyboards
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
• Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control naming convention and organization of graphic files
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of the latest graphics design software and techniques
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure a highquality motion graphic product
• Implement and maintain an efficient production workflow
• Produce motion graphic design and animation for various digital platforms

Required Qualifications:

• Any Bachelors degree or degree in graphic design
• Proven work experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects Premiere Pro Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to take direction and implement feedback
• Strong understanding of UX and digital design concepts
• Experience in creating storyboards and concept development
• Knowledge of video and audio editing
• Understanding of motion design and animation techniques
• Detailoriented with a strong eye for design
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
