Summary
Develop implement and manage quality Engineering processes designed to ensure continuous production of advanced computing engines and systems (consistent with established standards customer specifications and production goals). Supervise a team of quality Engineers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Investigate (and correct) customer issues and complaints relating to quality.
Supervise workers engaged in quality engineering and QMS to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity.
Manage the QMS system for successful continues certification of the company to AS9100 and ISO9001 standards
Develop and analyze statistical data to determine meeting standards and to report quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.
Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams.
Formulate document and maintain quality control standards and ongoing quality control objectives.
Coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
Create document and implement inspection criteria and procedures.
Interpret quality control standards to key personnel within Company.
Review inspection activity for product throughout production cycle.
Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes.
Interact with vendors to ensure quality of all purchased parts.
Maintain active role on internal Continuous Improvement teams.
Design develop and implement quality control training programs

Education and Experience
B.S. degree in Electrical Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
Minimum 5 years related experience advantage.
Supervisory/management experience.
Lean Manufacturing techniques.
Experience with developing/documenting procedures.
Use of Quality Engineering statistical methods.
Computer proficiency.
Certified to AS9100 standard.
Certified to AS9100D advantage

Must be able to work the standard 8AM5PM Monday Friday schedule and additional hours as necessary
Limited travel required
