Tasks

• Supervision of one of our cafs
• Managing the team and extending it with new staff members
• Controlling and achieving high standard of food and service quality
• Setting and achieving monetary goals for the location

Requirements

• Experience as a manager of a restaurant or caf
• High service orientation and quality awareness
• Independent and structured way of working
• Professional and calm work even in stressful situations
• Good German and if necessary English both spoken and written
