Network System Engineer

We are seeking a fulltime Network System Engineer to work in our clients corporate office (near Waususa WI) or in a hybridenvironment. Beautiful location for raising a family enjoying the quiet life of northern Wisconsin lower COL multitude of recreational activities (hunting fishing boating bicycling skiing etc)The selected candidate will have a high level of experience installing configuring harden patching maintaining and troubleshooting both physical and virtual workstations and servers. Specific duties may include: Active Directory experience including adding/removing computers from the domain user account administration Group Policy creation administration and troubleshooting Server Virtualization experience especially with VMWare VSphere/ESXi including installation and configuration snapshots and backup management Server/Workstation backup and imaging experience Windows Server/Desktop Operating system installation and configuration including locating and installing correct drivers Citrix Xen Desktop experience with application provisioning desktop delivery and access gateway configuration and support Must have a proven record implementing and maintaining stringent security concepts Good understanding of networking concepts packet switching routing VLANS etc is a plusQualifications: Bachelors Degree is desired but not a requirement. A minimum of five (5) years practical technical Windows system administration experience Participation in the development implementation and adherence to Technical Servicesdocumentation system standards policies and procedures Experience with Windows Workstation and Server Operating Systems Security Compliance Knowledgeable of hardware and software troubleshooting methods Limited travel is required (less than 10%) Willing to be on call (rotation) and work limited weekends
