Introduction
Designation Business Development Manager the role will have an overall revenue
target and may require moderate travel.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to identify and develop
business sales and growth strategies for the company s products and services
working from India. you will be responsible for independently driving timely and
highquality sales pitches for our company.
In addition you will be expected to actively reach out to businesses to sell services
and drive them to closure with seamless execution.

Roles and Responsibilities
The person in this role will lead the development of new business opportunities that
support our overall growth strategy for our recruiting services.
Identify potential clients/brands to offer them our services.
Scour through the internet and find relevant leads for empanelment with Hirnghood.
Perform marketing strategies Initiate discussions with the employers/companies
through emails calls campaigns and scheduled meetings and apply other
techniques to acquire new clients. .
Create sales pitches about Hiringhood and effectively present them to
employers/company SPOCS.
Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with the companys contract guidelines
and policies.
Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow
the partnership.
Set up a sales pipeline and automate the sales process using tools like Odoo Zoho
CRM.
Come up with plans to increase revenue and surpass monthly targets.
Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teams to align our internal
goals with new and existing partner relationships.
Lead business growth strategies identifying opportunities identifying partnerships
and bringing in new clients.
Should have leadership qualities be highly motivated be energetic and accountable
for owning business outcomes including planning executing and forecasting.
Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts and
positioning us as a strategic advisor delivering actionable insights and practical
business solutions

MustHave Skills
5 years of experience in B2B Sales.
Should have extensive knowledge in recruitment sales and client acquisition.
Need experience in technology sales staffing consulting services a strong
background in business development and customer relationships.
Need experience closing new business deals by coordinating requirements;
developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with
business operations.
Should have strong communication skills articulation and presentation skills
Conflict resolution and ability to take ownership and motivate a team.
A gogetter who is hungry to be a part of the fabulous growth story

Good to Have Skills
Open to work in a startup. Experience in sales marketing and relationship building. Excellent
communication Presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and market trends. Ability to work independently
and as a team player in a fastpaced environment.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Stakeholder management skills.
Prefer candidates with MBA MCA or relevant education in technology marketing or
sales.
