Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to join our team on the 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in janitorial services exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff during the 3rd shift to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.

Train new janitorial team members and provide ongoing guidance to enhance performance.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and client expectations.

Manage inventory and supplies placing orders as needed to maintain proper stock levels.

Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols.

Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients or janitorial staff.
